Exchange policy procedure


TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refunds policy :-

1. Exchanges do not include refunds. All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in the form of cash or any method of payment. 

2. If your exchanged item(s) is/are of greater value than the original item you will be charged for price difference.

3. However, If your exchanged item(s) is/are of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.


Eligible for exchange :-

  • We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants that are subject to stocks availability.
  • Products eligible for exchange must meet the following criteria: unused, unworn, unwashed completely in original condition/packaging, and with all tags & packaging intact within 5 days from the date of customer received parcel.
  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt, order confirmation, etc.) is required for all exchanges.
  • Request will not be accepted if these criteria are not fulfilled.


Ineligible for exchange :-

  • Discounted items strictly cannot be exchanged and refunded.
  • Product damaged by buyer.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Items received and checked by customer more than 5 days.

SYAZAN.CO reserves the right to refuse your request if any of the above are not followed and fulfilled.


Shipping costs :-

Customers are responsible for both the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange and the shipping costs for the new item being sent to them.

Replacement item :-

The replacement item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
